VariCel® High Efficiency Box Filters

Overview

VariCel® filters are high-capacity, extended surface, supported box filters designed for a wide range of applications. Their rigid construction and supported pleat media ensure durability, even in harsh operating environments with variable air volume, turbulent airflow, high humidity, and exposure to moisture. These filters are particularly suited for seacoast installations and high-dust environments.

Dual-Density Media for Cost Savings

The dual-density media design, with coarser fibers on the air entering side and finer fibers on the air leaving side, maximizes dust-holding capacity, extending filter life and reducing operating costs. VariCel filters are water-resistant, making them ideal for humid conditions.

Designed to Improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

VariCel filters, particularly in MERV 14 and MERV 15 ratings, effectively capture fine particles, including bacteria and viruses, improving indoor air quality. The MERV 14 version is also available with antimicrobial-treated media to preserve filter integrity throughout its lifespan.
