Pricing Policy
RememberTheFilter.com strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, RememberTheFilter.com shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
Saved Orders / Price Changes
At RememberTheFilter.com we strive to give our consumers the best price available on the filters we carry. Saving an order in your account does not guarantee price. Please process your order quickly to ensure that you receive the best price.
Order Changes
We want to make sure you’re confident and happy with your order. To ensure you don’t experience any buyer’s remorse, we allow customers a 24-hour review period after your order is placed before sending it on to our production facility. This gives you time to correct any “oops!” or make any last-minute changes to your order. (If you wish to bypass the 24-hour review period and have your order sent directly into production, just leave a note during checkout.)
Changes within the standard 24-hour review period can be submitted by email. You can also call Customer Care at 866-469-8556, and one of our team members will be happy to adjust your order for you.
This policy applies to non-custom products with standard production times. Most of our filters are made in as few as 4-6 business days after an order is sent to production.
Cancellation
Orders with standard products can be cancelled at anytime as long as the order has not been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated for the order we will not be able to cancel the order.
Custom and Exact Filter Cancellation
Custom size and "Exact Filters" cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Custom and Exact filters are made by our manufacturing partners and shipped direct to you. Once the order is submitted to the production plant we are unable to cancel the order.

RememberTheFilter.com assumes no liability, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site.
Any communication you transmit to the site by e-mail or other methods, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, nonproprietary, unless otherwise specifically indicated. Phone Orders
All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made. We strongly suggest that you review your email confirmation after every order. If a customer does not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us in order to obtain their order confirmation.
Damaged/Lost Shipments
All damaged or lost shipments must be reported to RememberTheFilter.com customer care team within 10 business days of tracking number order delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Address - Reshipments
Orders that are returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer and need to be reshipped will be charged a reship fee. The fee incurred for the reshipment will be the true shipping rate we incurred on the original shipment.
Refused Delivery
Do not refuse delivery of an order if you expect damage if the order was shipped via a ground service such as UPS or FedEx ground. To process damage claims we need pictures documenting damage(s). Many of our filters ship direct from the manufacturer and returns will need to be sent to our warehouse. If you refuse delivery of an order without notifying us first you will be charged a return shipment fee.
