The MECH 8 is a top-performing washable filter, independently tested to a MERV 8 rating. It features a unique media layer, designed to trap particles efficiently, sandwiched between two layers of expanded aluminum. This washable media is treated with an antimicrobial coating to stop bacteria and mold growth, maintaining its MERV 8 performance even after cleaning. The filter is housed in a medium-weight aluminum frame with mitered corners, secured by rivets for durability. Ideal for furnaces, light industrial settings, commercial spaces, schools, and offices, it operates up to 180°F. Available in standard and custom sizes, with thicknesses of 1”, 2”, and 4”.
