CEO letter about COVID19

As the coronavirus continues to spread, we have taken a proactive approach at RTF to keeping our employees safe while sustaining a consistent level of service and doing our part to prevent the further spread of the virus. We live and work in the greater Seattle area and have already seen the impact on our local communities. At the time of writing this I was notified that my daughters schools will be closed for 6 weeks. This decision was made to implement social distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19 throughout our communities.

While we have suspended all non-essential travel at RTF, our team is adept at remote work and virtual collaboration, enabling us to continue our highest level of service and support for our commercial and residential filter customers. As we work through this issue, along with all of you, we are maintaining our commitment to deliver quality filter solutions for our valued customers.

As a company, we, along with all of you, will continue to monitor the situation and make necessary adjustments. We are in constant contact with our suppliers like AAF Flanders and are well-positioned to continue operating our business and meeting your needs through this difficult time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your representative.

Sincerely,

Beau French - Founder & CEO
