How do I track my order?
You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info for direct shipments or pickup details if shipped to a store. Check with the store for in-store purchases.

Here’s how it works. If you have an “oops!” moment measuring your filters and the new one doesn’t fit, simply call us at 866-469-8556 or send an email and we’ll remake that exact same product for you for free within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.* You just cover a small $20 shipping fee, and we’ll get your new remake right out to you.

Do you offer shipping?
All filter orders over $50 ship for free in the domestic US. Free shipping is available for addresses inside the 48 contiguous states only. Give us a call at 866-469-8556 or send customer service a quick email if you have questions.
How long will it take to get my order?
All filter orders ship for free out of the production plant nearest you; FL, NY, OK, IL, CA, NC or WA. Current prodctuin times will be listed on the product page and during checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via USPS, FedEx or if a large order by freight LTL service.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need your filters expedited please contact customer service to see if the plant can accommodate your request.

When do you charge for an order?
When you place an order with RememberTheFilter.com you are charged at the time of purchase. The main reason for this is most of our filters are custom made after an order is placed and some filters have longer lead times. As an online retailer the credit card authorization that takes place when you checkout is only valid for 7 days. After 7 days we would no longer be able to collect payment - thus not send your filters. If you shop with retailers that do charge after longer periods they most likely save credit card information - we don't save credit card information.

I can't login to my account, it's been awhile.

Online orders (direct or store pickup) accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Pay. In-store purchases depend on the partnered store’s accepted methods.
